Herbs, Spices and Condiments

 

You only need a few herbs and spices but they will make a huge difference to the taste of your food. Most jars will last well into the final year of your Masters and will probably accompany you to the cupboards of adulthood and your second home in the Dordogne.

For health and a bright ochre colour
