Italian Tricolore salad
This great summer dish is usually served with the three ingredients mixed together but we like to preserve the integrity of the green, white and red Italian flag. Other claimants to the tricolour could be Lebanon, Mexico, Oman or Bulgaria.

Ingredients
20 basil leaves
2 ripe tomatoes
125g ball of mozzarella
Salt and pepper
½ teaspoon of oil
Equipment
Chopping board
Sharp knife
1. Arrange the three ingredients on a board or serving dish.

2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and a dash of (olive) oil.
​
3. Chill in fridge for at least 1 hour.
