

HONEY & MUSTARD DRUMSTICKS
60 minutes
Serve with chips or salad but always eat with fingers and plenty of serviettes or kitchen roll (or even toilet paper).
Ingredients (serves 3)
6 Chicken drumsticks
1 flat tablespoon of flour
2 heaped tablespoons of mustard
5 tablespoons of honey
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons of oil

Oven dish
Tablespoon
Mixing bowl
Set countdown timer for 60


60 Turn oven to 180°C/350°F
58 Find a clean oven dish and pour in 2 tablespoons of oil
57 In a mixing bowl, add the flour, mustard and honey
56 Add a pinch of salt & pepper and mix together with a spoon
53 Put the drumsticks in the oven dish
52 Spoon over the honey-mustard sauce
50 Place dish in oven
20 Remove dish from oven, turn over drumsticks using 2 spoons
19 Re-spoon hot sauce over chicken and return to oven
15 Call your friends and tell them what you’re cooking
8 End the call and stare at the oven
5 Get the plates
4 Get some kitchen roll or serviettes
1 Remove chicken from oven and plate up
0 Turn off oven and eat drumsticks with fingers
